There are still many bloggers don’t know how to check dofollow blogs. You can identify dofollow or nofollow or follow these easy steps to find out the blog is dofollow or nofollow. Other than that, I suggest you to use Firefox browser to help you detect dofollow blogs. There are plenty plugins which helps us to identify dofollow or nofollow links easily.
Below is the additional method you can use to identify dofollow or nofollow:
1. Checking Link Properties
- If you use Firefox, go to the link you want to check (usually commentators link), right click on it. Click “Properties”. If you notice any “external nofollow” or “nofollow” in Relation row, then it is a nofollow. If only “external” or “dofollow”, then it is dofollow. If unknown, you need to check the source page or search status plugin results.
2. SearchStatus Firefox plugin
Install this plugin to your Firefox. Go to the option, and check “Highlight Nofollow Links”. This will highlight all nofollow links on any page you browse using Firefox thereafter.
3. SeoQuake plugin for Firefox
Install this plugin to your firefox. Check “Line-trough nofollow and no index” in the option. This will line trough all nofollow links.
There are other plugins, but I suggest above two as one of the best in the market. Don’t blatantly believe or assume that those use “U Comment I Follow” or “Dofollow” badges on their blog are giving dofollow. Most of the blogs are still nofollow. Verify the dofollow with the above methods and if you free, inform the blog owner about it. They will really appreciate it. They might even write about you too. In addition you can also use Google Chrome Extension, I am currently using “Chrome SEO” and SEO Site Tools. You can search this in https://chrome.google.com/extensions

yes i admit it, do follow blog is the most effective way of link building, and give back links to your site: but how will you determine if the site is dofollow site or not. simply just right click it and properties if you so: same window or external window it is do follow blog, but if it is nofollow the site is not do follow blog ^_^
Yes, you are right. I always prefer to check dofollow manually by checking the link properties. Dofollow blog is where a blog give comment links as dofollow. It is a good way to attract more traffic. Excellent way for new blogs to explode.

SEO quake and searchstatus both tool is very use full, in compare of seo quake search tool is easy to find no follow links, mostly i can use search tool.
