Logo is a must for any businesses today. Even, blogs or individuals create logo to show their uniqueness or to create brand name. Hiring an expert to create a logo for us will be helpful but it also cost us money. Some experts even charge three to four figures for a simple logo. Of course, there are other freelancers that offer this service at much lower rate. I am sure that if you given a choice to create your own logo, you will love to do so. You can create, design, edit, color and more depending on your personal idea. But, tools like Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc which is complex program to create logo doesn’t come cheap too.

You don’t have to be an expert to create a logo. If your client loves your design, you could make some extra money offering logo creation service. Sounds like a good investment but I am still not convinced to spend money on expensive tools or services. I would rather seek for free logo maker to try out the opportunities. Free tools that come with hundreds of pre-designed icons and allow us to rotate, resize, insert, edit and more will give us better opportunity to create outstanding and unique logo. Filtering font types that have been used mainly on logo design help us to expedite designing phase.

Creating logo on our own is easy these days compared to few years ago where we need to have some knowledge using Photoshop or other expensive tools. Nowadays, you don’t need to be an expert to design and create logos. I have seen some freelancers earn solid three figure income weekly offering logo creation service in webmaster forums. You can be a logo maker too. At least, you can create your own logo. You can also make some attractive banners to promote your site. Test your designing skills today!

  1. I’m blessed to be a fairly decent designer, and have created dozens of logos for customers over the years that I ran a signage business. If you have a good eye you can attempt to do it yourself, but always get a couple of third party opinions where ego doesn’t influence the verdict.

If you have the skills and time it is immensely gratifying to create your own logo, but if you haven’t got it, just pay a pro and do it right.
