I was happy, couse i am doing almost everything that it says on the SEO tatics -> white hat -> high value part.. just little upset thow couse i found some black aht as well.. but not the worse ones, only paid directories, but, nothing can be to perfect isn’t it ?

Atniz, I’ve visited this site since 2008 or maybe 2007. To be honest, one thing that drives me nuts is the category section in your footer. Your footer is formatted too small for your categories.
1. Go to your style.css
2. Search for “#footer”
3. Change your height to 400 px
Change to the following:

background-color:transparent;
background-image:url(“images/footer.gif”);
background-position:left bottom;
background-repeat:no-repeat;
clear:both;
height:400px;
margin:0;
padding:0;
width:900px;

With the new Google changes to dofollow/nofollow links, pagerank sculpting of websites is now history. In the past you could use the nofollow attribute for internal linking of a website to prioritize content. Now, if you nofollow an internal link on your own site, that pagerank is essentially gone instead of being conserved.

It is quiet obvious that SEO is now on a move. More and more people are getting attracted towards this field. A detailed study of the field is always helpful but hands-on experience is much better that anything. Hope that this book will be helpful to the SEO people.
