Earlier, I have predicted that page rank update will happen anytime between 31st March 2010 to 30th April 2010. The prediction gets true when Google updates page rank yesterday to majority sites worldwide. If you still haven’t notice any Google page rank update for your blog, I suggest you to check for internal page’s PR. It should have been changed by now as you can see some of your new posts from January 2010 gained some PR. There are only three possibility of page rank flow in any updates. First is, gaining which is favorable to many bloggers. Secondly, drop in page rank which is not so good news and thirdly is stagnant page rank. If you have stagnant page rank, it is still considered as gaining because you able to retain your PR value although there is no increase but there are no decrease as well.
As for Atniz blog, I have been expected PR4 from this update but never got any luck. Thank god, I am able to retain PR3 at the moment. Personally, I have not done any serious link building activity for some time now because I spend most of the time in link building services for clients. I guess, posting frequency does contribute some help here. There are many bloggers also claimed that doing daily posts with unique article can get them PR3 without any link building activity. I hope they are right, but frankly page rank calculation involves much complex calculation. The good news for Atniz blog is that, it able to get nearly 100 internal pages with PR. There are one PR4 page and, seven PR3 pages and rest falls in PR2 and PR1. Earlier, I was only having 1PR4, 2PR3 and less than 20 pages with PR1-2. It is to see some internal pages gained strong page rank value from this update compared to last update although the top level domain’s (TLD) PR got stagnant.
Have you check your PR today? Is it a good news or bad news? Share your opinion here.

Hey Atniz, we met a few years ago through Entrecard. I started a new blog in February–really just moved to a self-hosted domain. I was surprised as I just managed to get a PR of 1, lol.
I guess that I haven’t added much new content. As well, I’ve left my old blog up at wordpress.com which is likely resulting in a duplicate content penalty since I used most of that old content.
Should I shut down the old site at wordpress.com? It still gets 3k uniques per month even though I have only written maybe 5 posts at that site in over a year.
my sites’ pr is stable: 2 and 0
Hi Atniz,my index page stayed PR3 but all of my pages went n/a
I do have some posts that have a little page rank but I’m not sure how to check how many without doing it one at a time. Like you, I have done very little to increase my PR so I guess I can be thankful to at least keep the index rank. I will be working on the pages to bring them up by the next toolbar update.
Is it still in progress? I have not yet seen any signs that PR updated on any of our sites.
Main PR stayed the same, saw increases on pages deeper down, very happy with that, aiming for PR4 for the homepage by the end of the year…
Here’s a tip Atniz, why not offer a service which includes a slight discount in your services in return for a link to your blog from the site of the person you’re link building for?
A lazy way of gaining links yourself whilst working for others…
I luckily stayed at a PR3 better than going down, but an increase would of been nice
Hello Atniz,
I want to know that how I can know that there is a Google page rank update as I have PR0 and it didn’t increased.
Thanks
TC
Hey Atniz.. no change for me.. still maintaining a 3 for my main blog and my cat blog and my perfume blog is still a big fat 0 boo hoo hoo!
I was able to retain my PR 4 on my other blog but was a little bit disappointed because I was really expecting an increase even by a notch. Luckily this blog of mine got a PR 2 in a span of only almost 2 weeks. Congratulations on retaining your current pagerank atniz!
Thanks for the info. Three weeks ago I moved my blog from blogspot to own domain so I lost my PR2 to unranked. Now it’s PR3!
My other blog went up from PR1 to PR2
So I guess it’s good news for me
