Entrecard is still one of the largest referring traffic source for many blogs. About a year ago, I was one of the top elite entrecarder where I receive almost 80% of my traffic from Entrecard, that was about 600+ visits a day. Nowadays, the number of drops received by top blogs in Entrecard drops tremendously. I doubt they still get 700 drops like those days. In average, it shows that today’s top Entrecard blogs receives maximum of 500 drops a day. Of course you need to spend more credits than you earn from dropping or advertisement to get these type of dropping figures. I used to spend over 3k EC each day to reach 600+ drops every single day.
Today, I am not going to show you how to get more clickthrough rate from your advertisement on Entrecard. I am going to share on how to get the most number of return drops from your dropping without advertising. Yes, you can get up to 250 drops a day following this steps. Personally, I have been getting around this figure too. Let’s get to the point. First, you need to log in to your Entrecard account. Then, you need to go to Inbox and select “Cards You Haven’t Dropped On”. Now, you start dropping this cards until you reach 300 cards. If it takes you to more than 10 pages, go on until you can finish your daily quota. It may take some time to reach higher return drops figure because other droppers like you need to understand that you are a return dropper and they may bookmark you for daily dropping activity.
If you feel that your inbox drops is not growing and stagnant. You may start dropping on top popular blogs in categories that fits your niche. You can use this technique to find new return droppers to grow visitors referred from Entrecard. Remember, don’t depend on any list supported by other bloggers. You may not know the results because with this method you have full control over droppers on your blog. We can also avoid the hassle of managing list of return droppers. Managing list especially return droppers is one of the hardest task to do and I am sure there are other better things to do than creating unstable return dropper list. Increase traffic with Entrecard more now even without advertising.
Here, you go another tips on how to get high number of drops. Go to your Statistic page in Entrecard. Scroll down to “Top Droppers” and right click and save the link on RSS icon. This is your top droppers details. Next go to your blog admin panel and choose “Add RSS” widget, then place your copied link here. Place this RSS widget right above Entrecard widget on your blog. With this, you will eventually notice an increase in direct traffic (Use Google Analytics to see the difference). I am getting about 80-120 unique visitors per day from direct sources. Visitors may bookmark your blog to drop consistently on your Entrecard widget, just to get a link juice from “Top Droppers”. Giving dofollow links to your top droppers will only attract more consistent droppers to your blog. Now, it is your turn to experiment return drop and increase traffic referred from Entrecard.

Still using entrecard? Will be using it again if they didn’t give me high bounce problem. 90% a day is a big no-no to me.
