Are you expanding your blog with multi user? Having more users on our blog is a positive way to get more contents. A blog could only reach higher standard with quality contents and frequent updates. If you are not only managing one blog, then it is time to give others the opportunity to write for your blog. This includes guest poster. However, there are some points that you need to check before turning your blog to multi user platform. Blogs with multi user able to post content on your blog. Follow below steps in order to keep your blog quality at high standard.

1. Moderator
Assign a moderator or be a moderator yourself. Moderate each article posted by your users. It is extremely important to have a moderator on blog. He or she also should moderate comments on each post. Blogs without moderator often lacks their quality and starts linking to bad neighborhood sites. A moderator role will help lift your blog quality in multi user platform.

2. Content Duplicate Check
A moderator should set pending on all new content or comment updates. He or she should check Copyscape for contents before it get published. Many users tend to copy and paste articles just to get a backlink from your site. Avoid these type of spamming by moderating your contents. It will also help your blog safe from content duplication penalty from Google.

3. Bad Neighborhood Links Check
Never give a link for author to any gambling, casino, pharma, adult, or porno related site. If possible get your authors from relevant sites only. Strict moderation required on author profiles and links included in each article. Make sure it is not linking to any bad neighborhood sites. This may lead to penalty as well.

4. Paid Post Check
Even in TechCrunch blog, they are unable to detect review post which was made by 17 years old boy in exchange to get a Mac book. You must have full control of your blog and monitor all outgoing links in order to detect this type of fraud. If you don’t mind of review post with rewards, then it is okay. But, the reward should goes to your writer instead of you, the owner of the blog. Usually, it is impossible to find the review is paid or unpaid. I guess that is the problem most multi-use blogs facing today.

Overall, if you want to run a quality auto blog with user content generation method, you need a strict moderator. You may use several moderators for large scale blogs. But, a blog without moderator are about to fail. You may have spend a lot of time and money building blog with good readers, traffic, revenue, page rank, etc that lead to next level development.
