Today, my twitter account at have just crossed 100,000 followers mark. Another great day to celebrate I guess. There a lot of benefits using Twitter as part of our marketing tool which I am doing for this blog. Also, it is perfect platform to get some new friends that have the same mind set like us. I still remember when I first joined Twitter. Only a couple of twitter users have more than 100k followers. From Twittercounter, there were only about 100 twitter users that has more than 100k followers; now most of them have few hundred thousand to millions followers. Obviously, the user base has grown exponentially in Twitter case. Thanks to all my followers and supporters.
Earlier I have also shared technique and methods to improve your followers. Google tend to give higher ranking for our twitter profile page based on follower count. It is one of the factors for twitter profile to rank higher in Google SERP ranking. The more friends and fans you have, the better is your chance of marketing power in online. If you want to introduce a new service, Twitter can be the best platform. For me, Twitter delivers better conversion compared to search engine traffic. There are a lot of twitter users have helped me get affiliate income from Hostgator too. I am thankful to the fellow twitterers. I am hitting 500 visitors mark a day now with only one tweet with link on Twitter.
The background is from default theme. I am not posting 10 tweets a day, still not cross 1k tweets yet. Personally, I hope to write more tweets and engage better with the community. Sometimes, I am worried of writing something too personal in Twitter because it can be read by 100k followers. Maybe, I have to stop moving backward with twitter. Although, there are thousands of robots accounts in Twitter, there are also hardcore twitter users just like facebook users. We still can’t compare the Twitter with Facebook as the volume and age difference is huge. But, Twitter has better future when it comes to real time, trend, instant messages, etc. Most of the politicians, stars, artists, companies, etc already have verified account. Next, I hope to get my account verified too, if the option available to the public.

I wish i can reach that number but my first target is 1k first.
