I have another useful tips for link buyers out there. It is a trend to buy aged or older domains with page rank (PR) from other users or domain traders. Usually, domain traders will buy keyword rich or short domains and involved in various ways to get page rank for the domain. If you ask a serious blogger, they may need years to reach page rank 3. Personally, for this blog; it takes a year to reach PR3 and 18 months to reach PR4. But, for domain traders, they have the right funds and discount coupons to get the domains at cheaper level. They also interlink their domains from higher PR or lower PR. It is easier for them to increase page rank. In Digitalpoint forum, you can easily buy a PR3 domain at $20 (earlier I bought a PR3 domain at $12).
There are a lot of buyers willing to pay $5/link/month from a PR3 domain. You can get this domain at $20 and start a blog. Get contents from any article directories or other blogs and rewrite it with article spinners. Or, you could do it manually on Microsoft Word by changing synonyms and structure of the contents. You may get 50%-70% unique content by scrapping article from other channels and post it on bought domain. With the availability of Timestamp, the blogger can post article on any date they prefer. So, if they want to claim that this domain is 10 years old, they can post an article dated 10 years back using timestamp to convince the buyers. Of course, if you are a link buyer, you would pay more to get a link from aged domain.
So, how to detect this type of ripping money scheme going on these day among unethical bloggers a.k.a domain traders? Earlier, I have shared tips on how to check internal pages page rank. Using this way, you can detect internal page’s page rank on any domain. So, run this check on your preferred domain. If the domain is older than 3 or 6 months, it should have some internal pages with page rank. Of course, when you see a page rank 5 blog, there should be some PR4 pages too. But, if you come across all PR N/A on a PR5 domain, then most probably this blog is bought to sell links. If you find good number of internal pages with page rank value, then most probably the site is genuine and has at least 3 to 6 months updates.

But there are some website having a high PR (5-6) that don’t have a good reputation. If you can allow me I will post here the link.
How can I said that this is bad neighbor because when I leave a link there my site get down. And I try different experimentation and also it says that I’m correct about the bad reputation of the site.
The site is having PR 5 and more PR 3 on the internal pages.
That’s funny.. I reached PR 3 in a span of only almost 4 months, and PR 4 on my 6th month. I guess it depends on your content’s quality and backlinks. Now I am waiting for google on their PR refresh. I hope I gain another notch or if not, atleast retain my current PR. I heard they will rename PAGERANK.
Yup, the real aged blog should have PR value in many of their posts.
