It is not easy to get motivation to write for blog always. There are more points that drag us away from blogging instead motivate to blog. So, when your mood is right to write some content, write it immediately. Not always we will have the mood or time to write. I try to post one post every single day, it is the most difficult part to follow. Writing 300+ words post won’t even take 10 minutes for some top writers. But, when you don’t have to mood or motivation to write, you will take the whole day but still couldn’t write even 200 words of post. That is the way I feel recently due to huge workload on link building service.
We have tons of other responsibility like family, work, friends, etc. Committed work may takes time to complete which needs sacrifice. Most frequently updated blogs have the same problem. If you offer some kind of electronic transmitted services like content creation, blog maintenance, link building, virtual assistance, etc, you may use your blog as a powerful marketing tool to promote your service. Trust me, it works. Most top companies are following our footstep by setting up new blog for their company and start interacting with their potential clients. But, for freelancers who run one man show will not be so lucky to have a team managing marketing strategies.
Running one man show supporting blog and other online services need better management. We may not find leisure time to write good blog post every day. So, when the time is right, utilize it to write several posts instead. If you can write seven blog post on Sunday, you can do pre-post for the whole week and concentrate on your core works during the week. One day is sufficient for you to support consistent updated blog. We are not robots to follow exactly same time manner. For me, it is not Sunday or specific time that helps me writes. Having right mind set and mood to write is the important. It helps us to write quality contents. So, when you feel like writing, write until you are tired.

Hi Atniz,
I’ve installed a mobile word processor on my phone so that I could always input my thoughts even if I’m not bringing my laptop. It really helped me bring fresh contents on my blogs. I’m a moody person and definitely absorbed your points on your article. So, having a handy word processor definitely solve my problem.
I try to write a post per day sometimes when I do website reviews I do all them at once and get it over with.

Thanks for sharing. It is really good strategy. Sometimes I really running out of ideas, looking on my monitor for half an hour for nothing.
No worries Jimmy. I bet there are many bloggers does the same as you do. Sometimes, I run out of ideas and typed 200+ words article for 3 hours. Most of the time, I just look at my monitor only too.
