You can do it with TimeStamp function. Do your post in advance. Some top bloggers have pre-written post for 6-8 weeks ahead on their blog.

If you use something like FutureRSS you can “prewrite” content for your blog and it only appears after the date has passed. Very effective if you are tight on time.
