I must say this is the best month in my blogging experience. Last month income was $194.44 and this month income is $443.50. There is about $250 increase from last month’s income. I didn’t share any of services income as most of it is still pending. I prefer to show only blogging income instead of special service income like dofollow blog commenting service or inbound link building service. Most of the income generated from link sales. I notice that each blogpost can be a money maker. If you able to rank your blog post to some important keyword, this will bring in more advertisers. They might be interested in getting a link from your existing older blogpost on monthly basis. This is still new way link building and only certain link builders practicing it. This month I manage to get minimum one blogpost a day which adds 31 new indexed pages in Google search engine. Lets get to the income and statistic of January 2010:

- 86,000 followers Twitter (10k new followers)
- 331 RSS readers (16 new RSS subscribers)
- Average unique visitors remained at 350 UV per day (earlier was 350UV per day)

Reviews: $80.00
Text Link Ads: $200.00
Other Advertisement: $32.50
Hosting Affiliate: $50.00
SponsoredTweets: $81.00
Total: $443.50
I spend more time blogging this month compared to last month resulting to an increase of 128% compared to last month. If this trend continues, I would reach four figure income from blogging much sooner than end of the year. I hope next month’s blog income to be more than January 2010 total. For those bloggers who still on blogspot or other type of free TLD domains and hosting, I suggest you to get a private domain and have a contact page or email on your blog. This will draw many advertisers to your blog which will increase your monthly income too.

You are right. But, I am concentrating more on services recently. Link building work delivers more income than blogging income. But, most of it still in pending so, couldn’t share it here. As for blogging income, I should explore more opportunities I guess.

Now that’s a great way to start the year! Yes, increasing your posting frequency improves your stats and depending on the keyword, more SE traffic (which is the traffic that usually does the clicking

Curious, you have 86K Twitter followers. Is most of your blog traffic from Twitter? Do they stay on page for long? Are they profitable? Is it followship valuable primarily for the sponsored tweets. I am just getting my brain around Twitter and must say that I have not been agressive in going for numbers.

Actually, my twitter traffic does the major part of conversion than search engine traffic. Probably, I am targeting for wrong set of keywords here.
Google value our twitter account based on several factors including followers. But, for better conversion from Twitter, it is the response rate on your tweet does matter. Getting more friends that cares about what you tweet is better than having hundreds of thousands of followers that don’t bother what you tweet. So, be active and engage communication with other twitter users. This way you can avoid so many bots that pretends as human in Twitter.

Adsense alone is not sufficient. Write more post and sell link directly. Have a contact page in your blog to let advertisers contact you for any proposal.
