Free Onsite And Offsite SEO Analysis

seo-analysis-freeSearch engine optimization (SEO) field is gaining popularity recently as many bloggers turns to self-claimed SEO expert. There are some who really knows what it is and some can get us sandboxed. The knowledge on SEO is getting free these days. SEO professionals are willing to analyze client’s website for free to propose their products. Few years ago, a simple analysis on any website can cost us three to four figures. Now, it is completely free as some SEO companies use this analysis as a monthly report to persuade clients from continuing their support using their product for longer terms.

There are several sites that I have collected earlier to check backlinks gives good site analysis on the type of backlinks a website gets. If you want to get a peek on your competitor’s strength, try checking their backlinks using several tools. Try to get the same type of backlinks with same type of anchored keywords pointing to your blog. I strongly believe that almost 90% of SEO value comes from backlinks. Checking our competitor’s backlinks is similar to stripping them naked. From dofollow, anchored keywords, total outbound links, domain age, etc can be revealed from each backlink they gathered.

From all, I like to use Websitegrader to run a quick check on any website analysis. It provides both onsite and offsite analysis on any domain. However, they don’t really provide accurate results as we need to double check with other tools before confirming any points. I used to rely on their data until someone have pointed out that their backlink count is a total mess. SEO Education is free and now SEO analysis becomes free too. Talk to your clients professionally and provide analysis data as much as possible about their site. This will certainly help to gain some confidence.

You can easily do the permanent redirect on your own domain instead blogspot. I’m not sure on how it works on blogspot as we are just using sub domain and google should already done it. It could be, other bots than google doesn’t recognize it.

The grade is really irrelevant if you don’t rank well in the search engines. I would focus on getting good quality backlinks, don’t worry about your website grader grade.

This is just a simple guidance for webmasters and blog owners to improve their ranking. Of course, backlinks represents the major part in SEO. But, this grade can be a motivator for all.

98% is not bad at all. It means you are already doing good. Just try to improve some recommendation provided and add more backlinks. Congrats for the score!
