how-long-time-you-spendThis is the most common question to ask everyone who is working from home full time. It is demanding to for us to spend more time online to learn and earn more. But, family commitments could give us limited time. I always find free time at night to blog and do link building works. I used to spend around 2 – 4 hours a day blogwalking, commenting, forum posting, and writing posts while dropping EC. But, the earning is always limited to $100 – $250 per month. I’m going to spend more time online and monitor how it reflects on the earnings.

Building good network is very important to be successful online. Either, it is RSS subcriber or Twitter followers – Responsive network can help us grow. I’m going to spend most of my time on building better template for this blog, pushing SERP ranking for “Atniz – Work At Home”, increase Twitter followers, and increasing rss subscribers. Moderating twitter account with thousands of followers takes hours even days. Also, I have used this theme for more than 18 months. Time to work on professional wordpress theme for this blog.

High PR dofollow link building work needs a lot resources and time. I am spending around 4 – 6 hours a day to complete clients work while build quality backlinks for this blog. In total, I am spending 6 – 10 hours a day online, 7 days a week. How long are you online a day? Where you spend most of your time online?

  2. I spend about 1.5 hours a day writing posts for 6 blogs (not every blog gets a post everyday). Another hour a day for writing articles for website clients. I also spend about 1-3 hours a day just on social networking sites and reading the news. I earn about $700-$900 a month doing that in my spare time. I also have a goal each day to earn at least $30 online. If I reach that for the day I usually get off the internet and shut up shop for the day, so to speak. Lately the shop has been shutting up early. I think I need to up my daily goal.

Frankly, I’m trying to do that also. I have asked this question in many forums and most of the time, I got the same answer.

      - Proper placement
      - Proper color blend
      - And the most important is increase targeted traffic

So, try to increase serp ranking and get more search engine referred traffic in your targeted niche. Engage in Handheld forums and blogs frequently. I’m sure you can see some difference.
