I think it is because of the recent changes from Entrecard new administrator. It attracts many bloggers back into action. If you notice Entrecard Alexa ranking got doubled in last few days. We can see more competition soon in Entrecard ranking. Last few days, I received 200+ drops every day. This could be the reason my popularity ranking increased. Popularity ranking is the total sum of drops for last 5 days. Frankly, I just drop my list of blogs and some of my inbox cards, but 300 cards a day.
