Just increase your serp ranking on google for targeted keywords. You will see your traffic goes up. Install google.com/analytics and monitor closely your referring traffics. Improve it. Being on Top Commentators List at Shoemoney or JohnChow blog can deliver 10-20 visitors a day. Even, twitter delivers hundreds of visitors too. Join twitter and get more followers. There are thousands of ways to improve our traffic. I can suggest one more – Entrecard. It delivers 100+ visitors a day by just dropping 300 cards a day (takes about 40minutes a day).

I set the plugin and edit all meta tags on description, title and keyword for each blog post. It helps.
