If you are serious about making money from blogging, then by now you should be able to do it. Unlike those days back in 2001, now there are plenty of service providers helping us to make money from blogs. No matter, what is our blog topic / niche about, there are always ways to make money. The best part to make money from blogging is that we don’t have to push any specific products. Just write contents that is related to the niche frequently with some link building activity to attract targeted users. Make sure to get good traffic as traffic is equal to money we make. Google give penalty for those selling links with dofollow. So, if you want to keep you PR and SERP ranking, it is good to follow this rules.
For now, I’m using several ways as below to earn money from blogging:
1. Paid Post
- SponsoredReview
- DigitalPoint (If you are new to this forum, don’t forget to write “atniz” as your referral)
2. Paid Links
- Selling side wide featured links
3. In content links
- Some of your internal pages might get good ranking in SERP. So, selling a spot on this page could give a fortune.
4. Google Ads
- Register and show adsense ads either image or text. Proper placement and color combination should be taken seriously.
5. Infolinks
- Some of the words in your content will be linked to advertisers and it does not break any google rules. I have confirmed it with the Infolinks (Ms. Sarah – Accounts).
6. Banner Ads
- Sell some header, footer, sidebar, 125×125, etc type of image or graphic ads.
There are plenty of ways to make money but I suggest you to consider above methods to make money from your blogs.

I have just started to diversify and am grateful for your information!
Also thanks to Work at Home for the clarification on Google’s nofollow rule.
You’re welcome. Hope your earnings increase following this links.
Google doesn’t like paid links (I’m guessing here) because they think webmasters/SEOs purchase them to manipulate the algorithm in their own favor. And they’re right, that’s certainly the motivation. If that wasn’t the motivation, if people were buying paid links simply for the advertising value, then the link juice value of a paid link wouldn’t be as significant to the purchaser.”
Google don’t like paid links with dofollow value. We can always sell links with nofollow attribute. But, when it comes to advertisers, they prefer dofollow link because they want to rank well in google and its ranking. That is the problem. I hope they can find a good solution to this. Have you taken recent adsense survey? Maybe, you can point out this issue there.
