Fitness guides on that site are pretty neat for people who only start. They become kinda pointless later on but their great for beginners.

Most often many will fail their fitness goal because lack of proper information and self-discipline. A perfect guide will be a great start.

Getting enough exercise is really important when you reach Middle Age….my 3-mile walk (up & down hills) is our workout of choice, providing about 60 minutes of moderately strenuous walking — we do this 5 or 6 times per week. Beats having a gym membership. Its a regular commitment, but its going to save us in medical bills when we’re old….

I agree. I don’t really like to go for hiking. It is very tiring, plus if we don’t have friends, it will be boring too. Either gym, pool or hills, consistent exercise is a must.

getting exercise is important but quite hard for me. In this economy I find it difficult to get approval to even take a small vacation and try to rejuvenate. Does the Exhale spa have weekend getaways?

During economy crisis, most of us will spend more time in the office for various reasons. Good time management is important in this case. Some of my friends goes to gym as early as 6 am.
