  1. Now a days many blogs are talking about outsourcing link building activity if you can not manage your self. It is very much important to find right source in order to make it success. It is always suggested that before outsourcing work you check the reputation of the service provider to whom you are sending work.

  2. Who knew? Now we can outsource SEO support. Thanks for sharing this. Outsourcing will save you some time to do more productive work.

There are so many SEO supports out there. Choosing those who can deliver good results is not easy. Those who don’t really know what they are doing, might get the client in spam net.

wow I’d be really interested in finding out how that goes!

I for one started out with the goal of making money without spending a cent, so since I’ve started, I’ve done all the work, creating the blog, learning SEO, and trying to imply it all by myself.

However I must admit it can be very tedious at times, especially for me who is now learning the whole SEO thing. It’s not like I already know what to do and I just have to do it. I have to read, learn, and then do it.

But now I know that the possibility of making money online is real, I’d be really interested in considering “investing” in outsourcing.

Good to see you have realize on the possibilities to make money online. When the workload is getting heavy, it is the best time to outsource. Good luck in your money making ventures.

  4. I totally delegate everything! I think being bogged down with routine hinders the creative juice! I need to be able to create, therefore if someone else can do it (the routine)…. I will have them do it. That includes writing content!

    • Atniz says:

However, there will be another problem. Maintaining and filtering their work will be another workload.

      • Ahhh……but that is why you employ a manager……leading and managing are quite different…leaders plow the way according to the map with a clear goal in mind….managers keep people in line with the mission by establishing objectives for them (congruent with the overall goal of course). Some people need minimal management and others need micro management, but….management is another way of saying babysit. Babysitting is needed at a variety of levels. However, if I am going to get this ship to the Bahamas, I better navigate and measure the overall travel an NOT get tangled up on deck with babysitting…..I leave that to my “well trained” staff : )

  5. I’m in the middle of an outsourcing nightmare at the moment.

Perhaps I chose the wrong Indians, but these just just don’t seem to be able to follow basic instructions.

I’ll be thinking about hiring people once I’ll start making enought money off my blog to pay them :)

  7. Izzy Daniels says:

I personally have not hired anyone as I myself am working getting a blog worthy of readers, but I could see this being big for those that own a business, or a highly read blog as such. It is a great idea as I know I am always busy with my blog, but for those of us that don’t have the money, I think I will stick to doing it myself :)

    • Atniz says:

I’m sure you will be able to do it one day. The cost of hiring someone to do the job is getting cheaper as many people are offering this services.

  8. Outsourcing can be good but one must take particular care that the offshore article writers or link builders can grasp American English….its generally acceptable for the blog owner to have some spelling and syntax issues (because their words come from the heart) but when you start “delegating,” the readers will (eventually) figure that out, and you end up flushing money down the toilet.

    • Atniz says:

Choosing article writers may not be a good idea for this blog. It may sound not like me anyway and I agree with you that readers will figure that out too. Hiring article writers for other sites/blogs (not main) can be helpful. Some super affiliate manage 100s or 1000s of blogs to sell their affiliate products. Managing more than one blog is not easy. For this case, hiring cheap resources is the best way.

  9. John says:

Thanks for the tip. I would agree with you that if it costs less to outsource than for me to build myself, that would be the better route to take.

  10. Outsourcing webmaster duties is a pretty risky thing. I’ve been doing it for some time but only with trusted people. I wouldn’t let strangers get so much control over my website.
