For me, the best time to quit for a job, is when you get a stable income for which you have already your own business, you have your employee, you own a savings at a bank, you have properties such us a land, house and a car. Don’t have any problem regarding financial matters. You get to attend all your needs. And after that, then maybe you have to quit your job.

Good to hear that you have been doing own business and employing several people. Your company must be established. What I meant was, having a whole sum of saving $300k in FD and having multiple source of income (not from day job) that can support $1k/family members can be a good time say “I Quit” to day job. However, if we are not comfortable with it, then better not quit yet.
