It was expected every 3 months once the new page rank update will take in place. Last update was end of March and it acts as a gift or disaster for many webmasters and bloggers. Today, Atniz dot com gained one step from earlier (PR 3) to PR 4. I was not expecting any rise in the current PR actually. Most of the latest post gained some PR (0-2) on pages and posts. Of all internal pages, http://atniz.com/2009/02/22/guide-to-write-paid-post-with-nofollow/ gained PR4. Grog and Hectic Capiznon Bloggers 2009 must be very lucky to get PR 4 dofollow backlink. You will see the results in next PR update.
I disable the comment section 30 days from the post date. This is to help me to reduce spam comments. If you run a dofollow blog, you should know better about this. Even Akismet Spam filter plugin can’t help that much. Overall, it’s a good news for me. How about you? Did you gain page rank or drop or even? Share it here and get some page rank juice too as this is still a dofollow blog.
Next page rank update is expected by end of June or early of July.

I still retain PRs for my two blogs. But the third one got 0
Cheer up Marly. It is good that you have retain the PR. That is still a positive news. Try to comment frequently on dofollow search engine (http://atniz.com/dofollow-search-engine/). Just search for any keyword and start commenting. All the blogs in the search results are dofollow. Good luck for next PR update!
One more thing: I think the sure-fire way to increase your Page Rank is to start a blog post about Page Rank….I’ll bet this post (eventually) hits 100+ comments before the 30-day comment shut-off!
It’s nearing 100 comments for now. I’m not sure it can hit 100 or not. It could be page rank is still considered as sensitive topic by many.

yeah thats pretty funny after april fools my website went from 0 to 2 considering i built it in 2 and a half months and that was really quick considering i have never ran a blogging website before which makes it that much sweeter

Yes, its definitely been updated. I had a brand new website go from nothing to PR 3. Looks like a good update to me
