TEACH a man HOW to fish, and he will eat for a lifetime." Instead of passing out $$ or food, try to come up with ways to get that person working! Get them into work training programs. I follow the same adage when it comes to information on SEO....if you learn HOW to fish (get backlinks) -- you eat for a lifetime (never needing Pay Per Click or paid advertising to market yourself). Once I ave attended for an interview for a company. We asked to get Credit card sign ups of monthly donations. My commission itself is 30%. Nearly 90% of the donations is gone in administrating it.
