This is why i use good providers like verizon and Optimum. I also make sure to defrag so tht my browser is fast as well.

Well, I suggest you sue your internet provider company like I did. If several users do that I can assure you they will improve the quality of their horrible service.
Moving to another area is not an option in some countries.

This is also a problem in Thailand rural districts. This especially happens when its raining, and it does that a lot in the raining season. Could the problem be that no cables are putted in the ground?

If my wi-fi is too slow I usualy use my cellphone to update my blog. It’s a bit more complicated and it takes more time but I’d rather deal with uncomfortable keys than waiting 5+ minutes for one site to load.
