Happy New Year with Page Rank Update 12/31/2008

It could be a good news for some and bad news for some. For me, it is good news. Atniz.com got PR3 from PR2. And my other two blogs got PR2 from PR1. All good news for a not so updated blog like mine. I was busy and engaged with many works and shifting process. Moving to a new house could be very tiring and takes a lot of time. I’m back again after nearly a month not blogging.
Able to transfer my billing and services address to the new address. Let us start the New Year with a big bang.
I only have one goal for 2009:
Earn 4 figures online income monthly.

Hmm. For the new year, I want to redesign our business blog using Wordpress as the CMS. Perhaps if I get my but in gear I can make it happen today.
I actually will be doing a goals post on Pixelheadonline today…thanks for the reminder.
A four figure income online is not an impossible task..I believe you can do it.If I can assist you in your goals, please let me know.

I’m sitting here kind of baffled. I’m still new to this, but my second blog that I hardly do anything with got a PR1 and my main blog that is updated almost every day…0/10.
I don’t understand, but I guess that may be the problem.

The more we study about page rank, the complicated it gets. So, the easy way is to moderately build links with quality contents.

Congrats on getting page rank 3. Mine blog also gone through 1st pagerank update and got PR 2. I think its good in 2 month blogging.
Goals are to just hit the site with thousands page reviews from search engines. So will try posting the blog regularly with many posts .

Hi Mize,
I was entangled with my new offline business and can’t update much for my blog since there are no internet connection. Feel like I’m in the jungle without internet. I’m going to concentrate more on blogging and SEO works. Currently, I have 3 own domain PR3 blogs (Finance, Blogging, Business). I’m planning to do more paid posting in all three blogs for lesser price. Current price is at $50/paid post. Wish you all the best too!

mine didn’t move any muscle at all. It is still in PR3 and I was hoping for more but maybe it is because I was not able to update it for weeks since holidays.

but what I want to ask is, when have you made this blog dofollow?….before or after pr update…….even i want to make my blog a dofollow blog, but then i am hesitating as it will inc the out going links, although traffic will inc ?

Thanks for the compliment. I have installed dofollow plugin at least few weeks before the update. You will get a lot of backlinks from dofollow directories and lists also. Try submitting your blog in their list. The traffic will increase. I think it is worth.

Hello Atniz,
A great big thank you for emailing me about my nofollow plugin that was no longer working. I had been using Remove NoFollow from http://www.seopedia.org and last time I looked at my source code it was working just fine (and I notice it’s working on the Seopedia site).
Maybe there was a change in a recent WP upgrade that killed the plugin for the template I’m using — though actually I havent a clue why it stopped working for me. I noticed that http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/wordpress-15-plugin-strip-nofollow-tag-from-comment-urls/2/ (another site offering a nonofollow plugin) is full of nofollow tags… which perhaps supports my conjecture here.
Other dofollow plugins I tried just now didnt work either. But I found one that did:
http://kimmo.suominen.com/sw/dofollow/ – his dofollow.php works using the default settings.
I’ve installed it both at http://FindHotMarkets.com/blog which you wrote to me about, and at http://eprofitnews.org

You’re welcome. I’m collecting a list of dofollow blogs. So, I come across your blog and just inform you in the process. The recent change of Wordpress 2.7 might effect most of the plugins. But, now everything is smooth. Personally, I’m using Kimmon’s dofollow plugin too. So far, so good. I have added both your blogs in my dofollow blog list. Thanks for your wish. Don’t worry about PR1. At least you got some PR than N/A. I started this blog from PRN/A – 0 – 1 – 2 – 3. Each PR update takes one step for me. Next update will be in by March, so work on your link building to get higher PR. All the best!
