WordPress plugins and other widgets are mostly used in blogging industry. Most of the plugins and widgets comes with only English language. Only some plugins comes with multi-language support. Take note on the language that is offered and if you know a language that is not in the list, propose to the developer of this plugin. This way, you might get a backlink from him for your support.
It might take some time to complete the translation process, but personally I think it is worth it. Everyone have their own way to build one way link with dofollow.
