Reduce ErrorsIt is wise to write your blog post in Microsoft Word and check if there are any spelling mistakes, grammar error, or etc. My English is not that good compared to native English speakers, but we can always check our posts grammar and spelling errors for free in Word and correct it before posting.

Don’t copy any article from word format and paste it directly in your blog write post. It will show a lot of error when loading time. Instead, paste it “html” write page. And then go to “write post” without html and edit according to your preference. This is to reduce any word errors found in your blog posts.

You can give it a try. Try to copy an article from word and paste it on “Write Post” page and view it in “html”, you can see tons of word errors there. Most of it is not dangerous, but it may conflict the appearance in some browsers. So, if you want to copy and paste any word format articles, paste it in your “html” write post page.

  1. This is a valid point to bring up so that there is not an abundance of mistakes created through the transfer to where articles are posted. These mistakes, if published, can have an impact that is not desired by the writer.

Great tip, though I used only WordPress’s spell checker function, maybe I should consider using Word. Can you tell me how much it helps with grammatical errors? Cause spell checker also checks for spelling mistakes thus this can be the only advantage of MS Word.
