While Monkey Fables is well-known in the blogging community, I understand why the webmaster wouldn't monetize it. 700 visits a day is hardly enough to make money. It would only get maybe a few cents a day while risking losing visitors. At the same time, I monetize my blogs and I get about 100 unique visitors a day so it is really up to you. For me, I don't mind the ads I like to think that I do not place them anywhere that would make you shy away from the core content. This is of course a very interesting topic. I just started to blog again about 2 months ago and chose to stay committed to it. Now I'm not trying to get rich or turn paid blogging into full time job but it's nice to grab some dollars while doing something fun. I’m actually blogging for fun and money.
